GREEK CHICKEN OVER LEMON ORZO

GREEK CHICKEN OVER LEMON ORZO
The only difference is that you will cut the chicken into cubes.  
For the Pasta you will need:
1 cup of orzo
1 cup of spinch
6 olives diced
1/3 cup of sundried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
feta cheese
half a teaspoon of minced garlic
half of a lemon

1. cut chicken into cubes and season
2. sautee chicken with olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked
3. boil water and cook orzo for 10 minutes
4. then strain and put in a bowl
5. melt garlic and buter together
6. sautee spinach and sundried tomatoes until spinach is wilted
7. mix together, feta, spinach, sundried tomatoes, olives and orzo and squeeze half a lemon into pasta
8. plate orzo and place chicken on top
9. serve, eat and ENJOY!!!
