RA SUSHI
I ate at RA SUSHI in Baltimore (Multiple Locations). I went with three other people and we decided to order a bunch of rolls and other things to share. We ordered two seaweed salad for the table. It was great. I like it when it's seasoned perfectly, not watery and is bright green, which it was! We also shared a pot of "miso hot! soup" for the table. It is spicy miso soup (definetly clears the sinuses!) with tofu, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, boy choy and shrimp simmered in a spicy misco broth ($6.95). We shared four rolls, one of them was the lobster shrimp roll. The inside of the roll was lobster, cucumber and avocado topped with shrimp served in an asian pesto sauce. ($12.50)
We also had the "Ra-cken shrimp". The rock shrimp were fried and served on a bed of mixed greens with a creamy ginger teriaki dipping sauce. ($10.75)
We also had a New Zealand roll that has smoked salmon, cream cheese and mango inside topped with a scallop, kiwi and sauteed pine nuts and cashews. The roll is drizzled in a eel and mango tobiko sauce. ($12)
This is the Viva Las Vegas Roll. The roll has kani kama and cream cheese rolled in rice and seaweed then it is tempura battered and deep fried. The roll is topped with a spicy tuna and crab mix. The roll is finished with a spicy lotus root chip and drizzled with eel sauce and spinach tempura flakes. It is one of my favorites! ($13)

The last roll we got was the tootsy maki. The tootsy maki is crab mix, shrimp and cucumber rolled and topped with crunchy tempura bit and drizzled with a sweet eel sauce. ($8)
There wasn't a single bite of food left so I think we really enjoyed our meal!
Everything was delicious and perfect, even though our hostess wasn't too friendly at first!
You probably want to call ahead on a weekend, it can get pretty crazy on the weekends.
Go with a group and get a fish bowl drink (a gigantic drink to share literally served in a fish bowl!)
