You will need:
Chicken
Lettuce
Beans (pinto or black)
Grapes
Diced Tomatos
Salsa
Taco Seasoning (find it in exotic foods isle)
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Tortilla Chips (optional)
Guacamole (I like Wholly Guacamole 100 calories packs, its the perfect serving)
1. slice chicken and cook in skillet with olive oil and taco seasoning until fully cooked
2. strain all liquid from beans and heat 2-3 tablespoons for about 45 seconds in microwave in a small dish
3. layer 2 cups of lettuce, beans, salsa (as much as you like), guacamole on a plate
4. place chicken on top of lettuce etc sprinkle grapes and tomatoes around the edges
5. sprinkle with cheese (I use 2% cheese to make it more healthy)
