Fage Greek yogurt is 100% all natural yogurt and it is one of the healthiest foods you can eat!
It is made of just milk and yogurt cultures has 90 calories per container, no fat, 7 carbs, 7 grams of sugar and 15 grams of protein!!
You may find it difficult to eat this one it's own since it is slightly bitter, so here are some healthy ways to enjoy Fage!
Yogurt topped waffle:
1 container of fage
1 whole grain waffle
diced strawberries
a handful of almond slivers
honey (any kind you like!)
1. Toast the waffle
2. Top with 1 container of fage, strawberries and almonds
3. drizzle with honey and ENJOY!
This is a simple, quick and healthy way to enjoy breakfast.

2 containers of fage
6 eggs
1 9 inch pie crust
diced smoked salmon
onions
1. mix together 6 eggs and 2 containers of fage

2. stir in onions and salmon
3. bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes

Tzatziki
you will need:
1 container of fage
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 half teaspoon of minced garlic
diced and thinly sliced cucumbers
Mix all ingrediants together and enjoy!
