SANTA FE CHICKEN SANDWICH

SANTA FE CHICKEN SANDWICH
I love this sandwich. It beats a PB&J anyday. It has tons of flavor and is easy to make.
You will need:
Sub Roll (I used an onion one, but any will do)
Chipotle Mayo
Sliced deli chicken or turkey (I like boar's head)
Slice of Mozzarella Cheese
Avocado slices
Tomato slice
a handful of spinach leaves
salt and pepper (to taste)
1. Slice roll and lightly toast
2. Spread a thin layer of mayo on one side and lay slice of cheese over it
3. toast again until cheese is melted
4. Slice avocados and tomatoes
5. place avocado on bread
6. Then place spinach leave on top (do them second so they have heavy things weighing them down)
7. Place tomatoes on top
8. Then put deli meat on top of tomatoes and use salt and pepper to taste
10. Top with other side of roll and ENJOY (with some chips or something of course!)
