To make my
GODDESS SALAD
you will need:
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of finely chopped romaine lettuce
1 packet of white albacore tuna
1 half diced vine tomato
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablepoons of seeds of change brand seven grain mix
GODDESS dressing like Annie's or any generic brand
**goddess dressing is a tahini dressing (a bit sour) with lemon, herbs and spices)**
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy a quick and healthy lunch!!

just made it with chicken. just as fabulous and i also added chick peas and pine nuts!!! this salad does not need the addition of cheese it would be way to overpowerings. hope you all enjoy
